About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator – Paediatrics to help shape the future of paediatric and Special Care Nursery nursing at Grampians Health. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care through innovative education programs aligned with our organisation's vision, values, and strategic goals.
This opportunity includes:

* 0.4 EFT fixed term (12 months)

Working closely with the relevant Lead, you'll be responsible for designing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating targeted educational programs. You'll also provide hands-on clinical supervision and create valuable learning experiences that bridge theory and practice, guided by the Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment (BPCLE) framework and relevant curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and recruit for nursing and midwifery education programs, including funded projects and postgraduate pathways

Monitor and support student progress, providing clinical supervision, feedback, and assessment to ensure competency in specialty areas- .
Align education activities with NSQHS Standards and the Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment (BPCLE) framework- .
Act as a professional role model and clinical leader, promoting evidence-based practice and innovation in education- .
Collaborate across care settings to deliver quality clinical learning experiences and support learners in achieving their objectives- .
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to relevant committees and initiatives, and support the strategic goals of Grampians Health- .
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse with extensive years' clinical experience in paediatrics or special care nursery

Holds or is working towards postgraduate clinical and tertiary education qualifications- .
Experienced in supporting learners and staff with clinical supervision and education- .
Strong knowledge of clinical standards, accreditation, and Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment (BPCLE) framework- .
Ability to manage workload effectively, work across multiple campuses, and adapt to changing environments- .
Demonstrates leadership, excellent communication, collaboration skills, and maintains high professional standards.
