Responsibilities
* Managing the conduct of multiple class actions, using case plans and effectively delegating and managing legal staff.
* Providing strategic advice and updates to Shine's partnered litigation funders on budgeting of individual and portfolio matters.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing regular and effective communication whilst managing expectations.
* Contributing to the origination and development of new class action opportunities.
What You'll Bring
* Significant experience as a solicitor practising across complex commercial litigation and/or class actions.
* Desire to lead high performing legal teams.
* Strong legal analytical skills, research skills, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work with and manage large volumes of complex documents and reports.
* Ability to control the fiscal element of matters, including reporting to litigation funders, and delegation of work within your team.
