**Tenancy and Asset Manager **to join a dynamic specialist disability accommodation
_SDA_) provider. Their vision is to provide each and every person with a disability, with a fresh, fit for purpose home within a community they can belong to.
You will be working closely with NDIS participants and manage the overall tenancy management and property management responsibilities. You will play a key role, in all aspects of tenancy, to ensure that participants feel well supported in a well-maintained home.

**Main responsibilities include**:
- Assist with overall administration and management of properties including letters of offers for tenancy, initial lease signing and SDA agreements, lease renewals, rent reviews and rent arears management, contracts, leasing, renewals, and purchases
- End-to-end management of the properties in the portfolio.
- Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure each one is catered to the client's needs
- Managing the incoming and outgoing inspection reports and Home Risk assessments for each property.
- Ongoing routine property inspections.
- Management of repairs, maintenance, and any defect issues.
- Managing Asset and other registers, as well as preventative maintenance schedules.
- Co-ordinate with NDIS participants and where required their families, Support Coordinators, Occupational Therapists, and Allied Health Professionals to manage visits for inspections and by tradespeople.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with building managers, tradespeople, third party property managers to resolve property management issues in the shortest timeframe.
- Be a representative on the strata committees where its properties are located.
- A demonstrated understanding of property management and comfortable executing on policies, procedures, agreements, and registers. An understanding of the NDIS is a bonus!
- A desire to work collaboratively in a small dynamic organisation, you are autonomous and pro-active, with a can-do attitude. You have a calm and friendly approach that enables you to be nimble under pressure to achieve results.
- Problem solving and negotiation skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with a range of people of diverse backgrounds.
- High degree of drive, initiative, motivation, with the ability to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities between various parties
- A working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- A current NSW Drivers Licence and a willingness to travel to the sites currently situated across Sydney and the Illawarra region.
- Acquire and ensure all relevant NDIS screening checks, including Working with Children, NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or Police checks are maintained and kept up to date.
