Administrative Receptionist Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is clean and presentable.
Your Daily Tasks:
* Coordinate catering for meetings and events.
* Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies, ordering as needed.
* Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by your supervisor.
* Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase requests, and invoices.
* Coordinate work orders processes and work delivery with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Requirements:
* Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
* Experience in customer service and/or front of house/client facing in a professional/corporate environment.
* Exposure in facilities management.
* Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
* Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
