About the Role Blacktown City Council is seeking a passionate and experienced Change and Enablement Lead to drive transformation across the City Assets division. This role is key to delivering the City Assets Future Directions Plan and Better Practice Review recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change initiatives to improve customer-centric processes and systems
Support organisational redesign and role transitions
Champion Council's project management framework
Coach and mentor teams to adopt new ways of working
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Business Communications, Organisational Development, Project Management or related field
Change management certification
3+ years' experience in business transformation and project delivery
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Current Class C Driver's Licence
Desirable Skills
Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile)
Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model, TechnologyOne, and content / record management tools
Understanding of local government, engineering, asset management or sustainability
