Senior Developer Salesforce
Employment Type: Two Temporary Full-Time opportunity for a period of 12 months, starting from April 2026.
Clerk Grade: 9/10
Salary: $129,464 - 142,665 base plus super
Location: flexible across Revenue NSW offices with hybrid working.
Team: Revenue Digital Division, Salesforce eDuties team. The role resides within the eDuties squad in Revenue Digital. This is a BAU squad focused on the development of a core Revenue NSW application using Salesforce platform.
About the role: As a Senior Developer, you will lead and guide developers while also directly contributing to the development of Revenue's Salesforce applications.
What you will do
* Modernise systems towards the latest technology stacks.
* Make an impact on the lives of 8+ million people in NSW.

* Participate in daily team standups, provide updates, and coordinate internally with the development team regarding work tasks.
* Liaise with your Principal developer to prioritise development work and highlight any issues or blockers.
* Seek expert opinion on completed work and then assign it to the QA team.
* Liaise with BAs & QAs to ensure the assigned user story is developed as per requirements and issues/bugs are addressed on priority.
Key accountabilities
* Design, develop, test, and support Revenue NSW Salesforce applications.
* Provide technical advice and support to stakeholders.
* Design, configure, build, and implement Salesforce applications using declarative customization capabilities.
* Map client functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
* Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistencies, and break down high-level information into details.
* Work closely with a team of Architects, Developers from different disciplines, and Business Analysts.
What we are looking for
* Experience with Omni Studio, Data Raptor, Omni Script, and Flex Card (desirable).
* Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer certifications (essential). Other Salesforce certifications are highly regarded.
* Experience in continuous delivery and deployment pipeline (desirable).
* Solid experience in Salesforce configuration, REST API integration, Apex scripting, SOQL, Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
