You'll be working closely with the Supervisor in implementing programs and supervising day to day works.What Your Day Will Look LikeSupervising and mentoring a team of 10Providing technical guidance and assistance on a range of Horticulture mattersAssisting the Supervisor with allocation of resourcesEnsuring work is completed to program requirements, meeting service levelsManaging the use of contractors and other service providersKeeping accurate records of activitiesWhat You'll Need For SuccessYou'll have relevant experience in a leadership position and will be genuinely passionate about sharing your expertise with your team.
