Colliers, a leading commercial property expert in Australia, is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager for their Geelong office. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management in one of Victoria's fastest growing towns.
Responsibilities
* Manage, maintain and grow the Geelong Commercial Property Portfolio
* Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
* Conduct routine property inspections
* Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
* Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
* Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
* Positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs
* Authentic personality with a "can-do" approach
Qualifications:
* Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
