The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to manage booking and coordination tasks, handle phone call inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, perform data entry and maintain accurate records, process invoices efficiently and accurately, and provide general administrative support.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
