You’ll be the go‑to organiser, problem‑solver, and calm presence keeping everything moving behind the scenes - while being deeply embedded in the day‑to‑day rhythm of the business. This is a full‑time, in‑office role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, visibility, and building strong working relationships. What You’ll Be Doing Providing high‑level executive support to the Managing Director Managing complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, and travel arrangements Acting as a key point of contact between the MD and stakeholders Preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting papers Coordinating leadership meetings and tracking actions and outcomes Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion Anticipating priorities, solving problems proactively, and keeping everything running smoothly Supporting special projects aligned with business growth and brand evolution What You’ll Bring Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA (C‑suite experience highly regarded) Outstanding organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills Confidence working with senior leaders and external partners A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset - you’re always one step ahead Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office, Tanda (a bonus) A positive attitude, adaptability, and genuine passion for being part of a creative, high‑energy team Why Join Burger Urge?
