Home to Fratelli’s Café & Restaurant, Bistro 26, Shamrock Bar, Q Sports Bar, modern gaming facilities, entertainment and function spaces, we employ over 100 staff and are committed to best‑practice service, innovation and strong community connection.
The Role
As a Duty Manager, you will provide professional, hands‑on leadership to a team of enthusiastic team members to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Club. Working across a rotating roster, key responsibilities include:
* Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Club
* Assisting in leading, supervising, onboarding and training team members
* Liaising and communicating effectively with department heads and managers
* Delivering consistently high levels of customer service and member engagement
* Maintaining strong operational knowledge across all Club areas
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and licensing requirements.
This role is ideal for someone looking to showcase their leadership capability in a well‑established organisation, with scope for longer‑term opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring experience, confidence and energy to the role, along with:
* Previous experience in a similar duty management or hospitality leadership role
* Current Police Check, RSA, RSG, Approved Manager Licence and RMLV Certificate
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to confidently manage service issues
* Proven leadership capability and the ability to motivate a diverse team
* A proactive, solutions‑focused and hands‑on approach
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
