We're seeking a Workforce Planner to coordinate the installation and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment across South Australia.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring venues are set up for success, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to make it all happen.
What You'll Do
* Arrange and coordinate the installation, removal, and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment
* Plan and schedule daily jobs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
* Be the key link between venue operators, service teams, and suppliers
* Keep stakeholders updated and manage expectations with professionalism
* Support team operations with accurate records, scheduling, and follow-up
What You'll Bring
* Experience working in gaming, wagering, or hospitality – you know how venues operate
* Strong communication skills and the ability to keep things moving
* Great organisation and time management – you can juggle multiple priorities
* A proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and in a team
