Office Administrator – Manufacturer
Location: ParramattaSalary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super
Responsibilities
* Managing front of house duties including answering and directing incoming calls
* Maintaining office organisation, including kitchen supplies, stationery, and general upkeep
* Coordinating meeting rooms, including setup and catering arrangements
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier bookings, and deliveries
* Providing ad hoc administrative support to management and internal teams
* Acting as the key point of contact for office related queries and requirements
* Liaising with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and compliance related services
* Coordinating scheduled servicing
* Managing office security access
* Supporting WH&S compliance including fire safety and first aid requirements
* Assisting with finance administration, including expense claim approvals and documentation distribution
The Candidate
* Previous experience in an office administration or support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A proactive, self‐starting attitude with the ability to work autonomously
* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* A customer‐focused mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams
