As a Trainee Non-Destructive Testing Technician, you will be responsible for conducting structural inspections at various sites. You will operate elevated work platforms (EWP) and perform tasks working at heights, while ensuring your own safety and the safety of others.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing thorough and accurate inspections to identify defects, damage, and hazards
* Recording and reporting inspection findings in a clear and concise manner
* Collaborating with clients, engineers, and the internal team to ensure seamless project execution
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and physically fit individual who is comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments. A strong communication and reporting skillset is essential for this role.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:
* White card
* Driver license
* EWP license
* Working at heights certification
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
* Physically fit and comfortable in outdoor/at-height environments
* Strong communication and reporting skills
* Structural inspection or industrial site experience
* Familiarity with digital inspection/reporting systems
* Confined space certification
