**Our Exciting Opportunity**:
The Real Estate Business Partner (BP) is responsible for the delivery of Workplace Services and Workplace Experience across defined countries in Ericsson's global RE portfolio. This includes "hard services" such as building fabric, indoor climate, lighting, and utilities. It includes managing soft services (workplace experience) such as operation of different types of spaces (e.g. meeting rooms, project areas, lounges), service apps (e.g. room booking tools), reception and customer services, catering services, space allocation. The BP has a number of governance roles, including maintaining a safe working environment, managing the IFM Partner, ensuring building compliance with Ericsson standards and local regulations, and managing to their financial target.
The Business Partner is the key work with the CU/local business leadership and has responsibility for GWO delivery in their countries. They has a strong understanding of the Ericsson businesses and users in those countries and ensures service delivery meets user and business expectations within the RE global frameworks and to RE strategy. The role drives the IFM delivery to contract and to achieve these outcomes. The BP owns the local stakeholder engagement and acts as interface for all RE activity, e.g. working as liaison between PPM and the business in a project. The BP is a great communicator, structured and creative. They have a focus on a strong customer service ethic, engagement, data and execution skills.

**In this role, you would**:
- Create and champion forward-looking, open Stakeholder engagement with key senior leaders in the CU/Country. Understand their needs (commercial, cultural, functional), articulate Real Estate strategy and deliver aligned solutions.
- Ensure Workplace Services and Workplace Experience meet user needs so they can "be their best".
- Own and drive the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partner delivery for services and workplace experience in country. Ensure a strong customer service ethic and execution skills
- Contribute to RE thought leadership
- Implement strong governance of GWO activities in country
- Ensure Real Estate compliance requirements and in country building regulations are fully met
- Own GWO budgeting and ensure financial targets are met in the CU/country

- Education: BA, BSc, MSC or similar
- Min years of 5 years facilities management or hospitality experience
- Domain experience: Real Estate or Facility Management as corporate, commercial or consultant preferred
