The role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead change across a significant enterprise transformation program within a complex, nationally recognised organisation.
This is an opportunity to drive large-scale business transformation, influence senior stakeholders, and lead change initiatives that impact thousands of employees across multiple business functions.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent Change Management certification
- Proven success leading large-scale organisational transformation initiatives
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including executive leadership teams
- Strong background in business readiness, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communications
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans
- Lead change delivery across large, complex and multi-workstream transformation programs
- Conduct enterprise-wide change impact assessments and business readiness activities
- Establish and manage stakeholder engagement, communication and business impact frameworks
- Coach and mentor change practitioners and project teams
- Partner with senior executives and business leaders to drive adoption and embed change
- Manage change governance, reporting, risks, issues and readiness measures
- Support benefits realisation and long-term change sustainability
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder forums across multiple business functions
- Contribute to organisational change capability uplift and continuous improvement initiatives
