About The Role
This role, reporting into the Senior Analyst, works closely with the marketing team and team members across key business areas including marketing, gaming, food & beverage, and loyalty operations. The key responsibility is to assist with customer list generation, post-campaign reporting support, and routine data checks to ensure high-quality output, as well as;
* Prepare and refine customer marketing lists, applying filters to exclude ineligible members
* Support post-campaign reporting and assist with basic data analysis
* Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Assist in creating routine and ad hoc reports and dashboards
* Maintain clear documentation and support data-related administrative tasks
* Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, internal policies, and data usage standards
About You
Your background in Business or Marketing will be broad, customer centric and fast-paced, coupled with excellent numeracy skills, high attention to detail and overall knowledge of marketing communications processes.
Preferred
Previous experience within the entertainment/casino industry and/or experience working with loyalty programs will be highly desirable (but not preferred), coupled with the below strengths:
* Tertiary qualification in statistics, mathematics, data science, business, or a related field
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic charts)
* Comfort working with large volumes of data
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (preferred but not essential)
* Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
* 1-2 years in a similar role preferred; recent graduates welcome
