* Our da Vinci Surgery Team is at the forefront of robotic surgery, providing revolutionary solutions that enhance patient outcomes.
* We are looking for a dynamic and driven Product Specialist to join our team and help expand the adoption of this life-changing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive clinical adoption of da Vinci Surgery
* Become a clinical expert across multiple clinical specialities
* Work with Capital Sales Manager in developing new program opportunities
* Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop & execute territory plan
* Work with hospital partners to effectively integrate both Greenfield & Brown Field da Vinci programs and surgeons
* Effectively execute surgeon and nursing staff training in da Vinci technology
* Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports
* Achieve sales targets and deliver KPI's
* Attend exhibitions, conferences and seminars as directed

Experience required:
* Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time management
* Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule with significant travel
* Minimum 2 years' experience selling in a medical or hospital environment OR Minimum 5 years relevant clinical experience.
* Theatre experience in Tasmania will be highly regarded
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in the sciences - degree or similar.
