Your new organisation is an industry recognised and accredited food manufacturer located on the South Coast of NSW. You will be joining a agile team environment that provide services to the food and retail industry nationally.
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team in Nowra. This is a long term, casual position offering fulltime hours Monday-Friday with the potential to progress to a permanent role.
**As Accounts Payable Officer, you may be required to;**
- General Office Administration Tasks
- Reconcile Accounts Payable
- Occasional Accounts Recievables
- Reconciliation of Payroll and timesheets
- Records Keeping
- Sales Invoicing
- Other general Accounting tasks
**What we are looking for in a Accounts Payable Officer**
To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:
- Proven experience working in Accounts Payable and office administration
- Ability using Xero software for accounts and bank reconciliations (Advantageous, though not required
- Payroll experience (Highly Regarded)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create formulas advantageous
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
- Exceptional communication skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work well within an multi office team

**Salary**: Up to $41.13 per hour
