Your Role
You'll manage and lead a diverse team of employees and volunteers to provide an exemplary level of care and service to our residents.
* Managing employee and volunteer teams
* Responding quickly and effectively to issues including HR, client complaints and serious incidents
* Implementing quality and risk management information systems
* Maintaining financial performance targets
* Implementing legislative and policy changes
* Fostering effective relationships with residents, families, staff and volunteers
Requirements
To be successful, you'll need:
* Management experience in aged or health care settings
* Experience working within the Aged Care legislative framework
* Knowledge of Australian National Aged Care Classification (ANACC)
* A passion for providing high quality service and continuous improvement
* Current registration as a Registered (Division 1) Nurse with AHPRA
* Specialist knowledge or postgraduate qualifications in health management or business administration
