Job Title: Senior Support Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Professional to join our Home and Community Care team in Western Australia.
You will be working in a supportive environment that encourages initiative and leadership, delivering personal care and support services to community clients.
Candidates with experience in delivering personal care to the aged will be viewed favourably.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality personal care, including showering, dressing, and continence care
* Assist customers with administering medication
* Support customers with domestic duties, meal preparation, and other household tasks to ensure safe and hygienic living conditions in their own homes
* Provide social support, including transport to shops or appointments
* Adhere to Client Care Plans
