Rehabilitation Specialist
As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be working closely with clients to help them navigate complex rehabilitation plans. This role involves collaborating with treatment providers, such as doctors and allied health professionals, to ensure the best possible recovery outcomes for your clients.
About the Role:
* You will work with a variety of workplaces on a weekly basis, learning about the physical demands and responsibilities of different job roles to support safe and timely returns to work or maintenance at work.
* You will educate workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries.
* You will collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
* AHPRA or ESSA registration is essential for this role.
* Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Reg. Nursing, or Physiotherapy is required.
* You must have a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
* Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills.
