The role of Executive Assessment Officer involves evaluating complex Development Applications, modifications and related planning matters to ensure applications meet statutory requirements and contribute positively to the local environment.
As an Executive Assessment Officer, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on Development Applications, preparing high-quality assessment reports, providing technical advice, and representing Council at site inspections and other forums.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of planning regulations and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Evaluate Development Applications and provide recommendations to Council;
 * Assess and report on modifications to existing developments;
 * Provide technical advice to stakeholders;
 * Represent Council at site inspections and other forums;
 * Prepare high-quality assessment reports.
Requirements:
 1. Degree in Urban Planning or a related field;
 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
