Requirements
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it).
* A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
* The ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centred learning activities.
* A valid Employee Working with Children Check, current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them).
* A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings.
