We're partnering with a well-established Managed Services Provider seeking a Level 1 Support Engineer to join their high-performing team. Servicing businesses across Australia, they offer a wide range of IT solutions from managed services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, to strategic consulting across multiple industries.
With a growing client base and demand for technical expertise, the business is expanding and looking for a passionate engineer to join them during this exciting phase.
The Role
As a Level 1 Support Engineer, you'll provide both remote and onsite IT support across Perth. You'll play a key role in delivering technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing IT solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
* Diagnose and resolve common technical issues such as password resets, software installations, printer connectivity, and email configuration
* Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support with clear documentation
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions in the ticketing system
What You'll Need
* 1–2 years' experience in IT support or service desk (MSP experience highly desirable).
* Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and basic troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
