In this casual role, you'll deliver exceptional service to our rental guests by guiding them through vehicle handover and return. Your responsibilities will include:
Selling ancillary products (reduction options, tables & chairs, and more)
Demonstrating vehicle features and functionality (full training provided)
Guest experience is central to everything we do. You'll help ensure our guests feel confident, informed and excited to begin their holiday adventure.
As we operate in the tourism industry, this is a 7‐day operation, so flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is essential. There's also an attractive commission structure available on ancillary sales.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You'll be well suited to this role if you bring some of the following:
Experience in customer service and/or sales
A valid open Australian driver's licence (required to drive our RVs)
A genuine desire to go above and beyond to make someone's day
A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong time management skills and comfort in a fast‐paced environment
Clear and friendly communication skills and a great listening ear (English isn't the first language for some of our guests)
Confidence using technology and apps
Comfort managing conflict and negotiating solutions
A team‐focused mindset — because teamwork really does make the dream work
Speaking German or another European language would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
We take pride in the quality of our vehicles and service, so training will be provided to set you up for success.
