Join the growing team at Believe in Beautiful as a Beauty Therapist at our Clayfield clinic. In this role you will be an integral part of providing exceptional beauty and self-care services to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, and lash treatments (training available)
* Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment rooms
* Actively participate in team meetings to share ideas and feedback
* Support the salon's retail offering by promoting and selling relevant products
* Continuously develop your skills through training and industry-relevant education
What We're Looking For
* Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
* Availability between Monday to Saturday
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A positive, friendly and proactive attitude
