Capability Specialist - Risk and Compliance
BOQ Group is seeking a Capability Specialist to develop critical strategic and compliance capabilities across our workforce. The role involves consulting with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define learning outcomes, and design effective learning experiences.
The responsibilities include designing, building, delivering, and monitoring learning curricula, courses, and on-the-job support tools to enable staff to adapt to changes in processes, systems, and behaviors, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
This role requires investigating training needs and creating engaging learning experiences, including digital and instructor-led training, system walkthroughs, and practical support tools. You will also be responsible for rolling out these programs, coordinating, facilitating, and ensuring quality and compliance.
About You
The ideal candidate will understand training needs analysis and identify impactful learning moments. Skills in designing diverse learning experiences, proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, digital video editing, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and web development are preferred.
