Service Administration
We are seeking a Service Administrator to join our fast-paced and dynamic service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service, managing service invoicing, warranty submissions, and supporting the Service Manager and team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Manage service invoicing and warranty submissions
* Support the Service Manager and team in achieving their goals
Requirements:
* Administration experience with a strong focus on attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with Office 365
* Knowledge of the agricultural industry is beneficial but not required
