This role involves supporting senior management in the implementation of initiatives aimed at business growth and customer engagement. You will be a key member of the team, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily sales and marketing activities under the guidance of senior management.
* Manage communications side of marketing initiatives, including copywriting and design of regular email campaigns, webinars, videos, news stories in e-media outlets, online content, and presentations.
* Oversee Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Per Click (PPC) Campaigns.
* Maintain social media content across multiple platforms.
* Develop multi-channel communication initiatives to increase digital presence.
* Prepare and co-ordinate sales presentations, and provide digital campaign support for company events, trade shows, and conferences.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of information and products.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in marketing and relevant experience advantageous.
* Experience using tools such as Zoho (CRM), Squarespace, Adobe Suite, Google AdWords and Analytics, and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent prioritisation and time management skills with ability to work to deadlines.
* Able to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
* High level of computer literacy and numeracy skills, along with accurate data entry.
