Your Role as a Travel Nurse
As a highly valued member of our travel nursing team, you will:
* Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to children and infants in various healthcare settings.
* Seamlessly integrate into new teams and quickly adapt to different hospital policies and procedures.
* Demonstrate autonomy and confidence in your clinical practice, from assessments to administering treatments.
* Utilise your strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
* Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients, their families, and the local healthcare team.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience)
We are looking for self-sufficient and experienced nurses who are ready to hit the ground running:
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Paediatric Nurse.
* Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration.
* A mandatory Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to new clinical settings.
* Previous experience as a travel nurse or in a senior/in-charge capacity is highly regarded.
* Exceptional clinical skills and a passion for paediatrics.
