Job Description
The opportunity to make a difference in our dynamic media sales team awaits. As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you will provide administration and sales support to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the delivery of campaigns across the network.
Responsibilities:
* Support administrative tasks, including data entry, timely processing of proposals, campaign bookings, enquiries, and other sales-related information as directed.
* Manage internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns.
* Engage with internal departments and external clients to build relationships and ensure campaign success.
* Provide administrative support to account executives and sales managers.
* Prepare and update reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery using industry-aligned systems.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and data entry skills.
* Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
* A willingness to learn and tackle a variety of tasks.
