This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded marketing generalist to take the reins on several strategic and tactical projects. While the role does not carry formal leadership responsibilities, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and support marketing function as a senior member of the team. Key responsibilities include: Sourcing and onboarding creative and media agencies to support upcoming campaigns Evolving an existing referral campaign into a long-term, branded initiative — including campaign mechanics, delivery, and creative direction Uplifting product presentation using photography, video, and visual storytelling Refreshing visual identity across digital and social platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) Accelerating ad-hoc marketing projects that span across various business units What We’re Looking For You're a confident and resourceful marketer with at least 5 years of experience in a similar level role. You’re used to operating in cross-functional environments, and bring a mix of project management, creative thinking, and commercial acumen. You’re a strong communicator who knows how to get things done and follow through. Key experience includes: Strong end-to-end campaign management with a focus on delivering results Experience in paid media and above-the-line activity, including reviewing media plans and managing agency relationships Ideally, a background in leisure, hospitality, or consumer-focused industries Comfortable working at pace and bringing structure to ambiguity A growth mindset and proactive approach to solving problems For the successful candidate, this is a great role to join a well-respected national organisation with a strong brand presence.
