We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support a busy site-based team with administration, record keeping, scheduling, and general office management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys multitasking.

About the Position
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office coordination tasks, including:
- Managing phone calls, emails, and incoming correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing agendas
- Handling travel bookings and related logistics
- Maintaining accurate records and document filing systems
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and managing equipment needs
- Supporting financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Acting as a key point of contact for staff and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities Include
- Organise and maintain both digital and physical records
- Schedule and prepare materials for meetings and team events
- Provide timely responses and support to staff queries
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for staff as required
- Maintain smooth daily office operations and supply levels
- Assist with financial data entry and reconciliation tasks
- Ensure professional communication internally and externally
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in administration, ideally within construction, logistics, or site-based roles
- Finance
- Payroll
- Staff welfare
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
