Frontier Voice and Data is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/ Administrative assistant to join our team. This casual position offers flexible hours between Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (3 days minimum per week), with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Collect client information and update records in our CRM and ticketing systems.
• Book jobs in our online job management platform.
• Handle accounts/banking and incoming-outgoing delivery duties.
• Support senior management as needed.
• Telstra account management/systems knowledge preferred, but not essential.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police check.
