The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Facilities team as a National Facilities Manager, following an internal promotion.
We're seeking a talented, professional, and capable leader to step into this pivotal role.
The National Facilities Manager is responsible for leading G8 Education's Facility Management team and operations across our centre and Support Office network.
This role ensures the delivery of a safe, compliant, and fit-for-purpose workplace for children, families, and team members, reflecting our commitment to Safety, First and Always.
As a key member of the Property Leadership Team, the National Facilities Manager plays a strategic role in shaping the facilities function, mentoring team members, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving alignment with G8's values and organisational goals.
