Retail & Service Assistant – I.T Store (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Hours: 9am – 5pm (Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the right candidate)
Smartmove Computing is a small, customer-focused I.T retail and service business. We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member to help us deliver great service and keep things running smoothly in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and assist with sales enquiries
* Book in service jobs and manage job tracking
* Order and manage stock levels
* Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
* Support general day-to-day operations
Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organised and proactive with good attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers and basic software (I.T knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
* Able to work independently and as part of a small team
* Previous retail or service experience is helpful but not required
* Must be an Australian permanent resident
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Part-time candidates must be available for 4 or more days per week
