Opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to partner with leaders and deliver practical HR and Industrial Relations support across the WA region. This is a true partnering role where you will influence leaders, shape culture, and help drive performance in a complex, operational, and unionised environment.
What you'll do
* Partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and talent development
* Coach and support leaders to build strong people leadership capability
* Provide specialist ER & IR advice including agreements, awards, contracts, union engagement, investigations and disputes
* Support change management initiatives and organisational transformation
* Contribute to talent, succession, and performance review processes
* Facilitate leader capability and HR skill building sessions
* Support onboarding and contribute to P&C projects
About you
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
* Solid experience in a unionised or industrial environment
* Strong working knowledge of employment and industrial relations legislation
* Proven ability to coach, influence, and build trusted relationships
* Confident communicator with strong problem solving skills
* Experience supporting change in a fast paced environment
* Commercially minded with strong systems capability
