Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team based in Tullamarine.
Our ideal candidate for this role will be dependable, well spoken, able to prioritise, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in supporting the team, managing inventory, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
* Receive and put away stock efficiently.
* Load and unload delivery vehicles.
* Perform regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
* Maintain a clean, well‐organised, and hazard‐free warehouse environment.
* Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and procedures at all times.
* Deliver stock to customers as required.
* Support the warehouse team with general duties and ad‐hoc tasks as needed.

* Driver's license
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
* Prior experience in warehouse operations, including pick and pack tasks.
* Strong understanding of WHS obligations and a commitment to workplace safety.
* Experience in using business software platforms (NetSuite experience highly regarded).
* Organised and capable of managing priorities in a fast‐paced team environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
* A problem‐solver with a can‐do attitude, and a reliable team player passionate about achieving great results.
