Customer Service Operations Manager
A key role in overseeing the daily operations of a transportation team, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient logistics.
This position requires strong leadership skills to manage transport labor costs and operating expenses, guaranteeing operational requirements are met.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage and control transport labor costs and operating expenses.
* Oversee adherence to cash handling procedures and record transactions.
* Issue monthly invoices to corporate accounts.
* Monitor car park occupancy figures and record data via the Car Parking System.
* Program and validate car park vouchers and access cards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years hotel supervisory experience within a five/four-star hotel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Computer literacy in Hotel Property Management/Generic Office Systems.
* Good organization and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
