Job Description
The Organisation Change Management (OCM) Strategy must support effective end-user engagement for the system's 10-year lifecycle. Responsibilities include:
Providing background support such as change planning, stakeholder communication, and engagement scheduling to enable Commonwealth Personnel to execute change plans.
Monitoring the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, analyzing results, and developing strategies for remediation and effectiveness.
Developing and leading the implementation of OCM strategies and plans, with guidance from the Capability Manager.
Ideal candidates will have broad expertise in organisational systems, processes, stakeholder management, and focus on organisational performance, analysis, and reporting.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in organisational change management.
