About the Role
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and administration of the branch. You will lead and manage branch operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and customer service.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on growth, profitability, and team development.
You will drive market share growth with new and existing customers, develop and execute annual budgets and forecasts, and build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and vendors.
In addition, you will recruit, train, and retain high-performing branch staff, implement pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies to grow margins, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
The successful applicant will have previous managerial experience, ideally in distribution or the building/construction industry, and strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
