As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a vital role in developing individualized programs based on resident needs, preferences and goals. You will also lead and participate in delivering activities, prepare thorough lifestyle assessments, ensure detailed documentation and manage and coach the lifestyle team.
 * Develop lifestyle programs enhancing physical, intellectual, emotional, cultural and social well-being
 * Lead and participate in activity delivery ensuring engagement and meaning
 * Prepare accurate lifestyle assessments of residents
 * Ensure timely documentation of resident participation and engagement
 * Manage and coach the lifestyle team
 * Support new team members and volunteers
 * Develop strong relationships with residents, families and volunteers
 * Facilitate community engagement opportunities
You will be responsible for creating engaging lifestyles programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This may include developing creative activities, organizing events and outings, and ensuring that every resident feels included and valued.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older Australians. If you have a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and previous experience working in a similar role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
