Responsibilities
* Review vehicle inspection reports and recommend the right repair methods and costs—from paint, panel damage to interior wear and mechanical repairs—to bring each car up to scratch.
* Work closely with the inspection crew to build accurate work orders using our in‐house systems.
* Communicate effectively with repair teams (mechanical, paint, panel, etc.) to ensure repairs are carried out as planned.
* Track repair costs, labour time, and ensure everything stays within budget.
Qualifications & Skills
* Solid experience in vehicle repairs (panel beater, spray painter, mechanic, or similar). Broad repair knowledge, even without a formal trade, is acceptable.
* Comfortable using technology (especially MacBooks) and quick at learning new systems.
* Organised, calm under pressure, able to juggle tasks when priorities change.
* Sharp eye for detail and pride in high‐quality work.
* Excellent communicator and great team player.
* Valid NSW drivers licence.
