**Description**: As a QE Manager you will demonstrate passionate and enthusiastic leadership of the testing activities at a project level, and be involved in the planning, monitoring and control of the testing activities to a high standard of quality. This includes identifying the amount of effort, the levels and types of testing to be executed, driving program delivery to the strategy and plan you have shaped, by understanding client requirements and vendor management
**Responsibilities**: - Management and delivery of successful projects - Management of teams on and/or off shore - Identify potential test issues and developing corrective action plans - Writing Test Strategies/Test Plans - Providing estimates for resource utilisation through a project - Coaching, appraising and mentoring staff - Managing delivery expectations of project and program stakeholders - Co-ordinating with technical teams across the lifecycle. - Building and maintaining client relationships - Solving complex technical problems
