Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional first-level IT support to our internal users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless and responsive service experience across our business.
What you'll be doing:
* Answering calls to the internal Technical Support phone line.
* Troubleshooting and resolving level 1 IT issues.
* Escalating tickets to the level 2/3 IT support team when required.
* Triaging tickets submitted via the Jira Service Desk portal.
* Windows and Mac desktop support.
* Provision of new hardware.
* Imaging of laptops
* Software installations.
* Monitor servers and core applications.
We're looking for someone who's…
A qualification in Information Technology (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or service desk role
Hands-on experience with:
· Active Directory
· Office 365
· Microsoft Exchange
· Windows 10 and macOS
· Windows Server environments
· Basic networking concepts
A strong customer service mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
