Job Description
The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen team and ensuring seamless service during peak periods. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar large-scale bistro venue and possess strong leadership skills.
* Solid experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume pub or similar setting
* Cooking credentials and food safety certifications up-to-date
* Natural-born leader with skills to command respect from their team members
