NFM is on the lookout for an energetic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our brand.
You'll be at the helm of all marketing efforts — setting the strategic direction, ensuring brand consistency, and driving performance across multiple channels.
What You'll Do:
* Oversee and manage the full scope of NFM's marketing strategy
* Ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and KPIs
* Lead NFM's brand management and awareness initiatives
* Develop and edit engaging content for social media and advertising streams
* Take charge of our presence across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
* Implement and optimize Google SEO and advertising campaigns
* Deliver fast, clear, and professional responses to social media interactions
* Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on ROI
* Identify underperforming channels and proactively address them
* Work closely with senior management to achieve strategic marketing KPIs
What You Bring:
* A deep understanding of major social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
* Proven experience with Google SEO and paid advertising strategies
* Strong creative skills with an eye for engaging content
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
