About the RoleYou’ll act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with independent business operators to support their growth, engagement, and performance. Your focus will be on understanding business drivers, analysing performance data, and delivering actionable plans that align with broader company objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of the company’s business model, value proposition, and operational rhythms.Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key partners, understanding their goals and challenges.Monitor account health through KPIs such as sales, customer growth, engagement, and retention.Design tailored growth strategies for each account, with measurable objectives and action steps.Use internal tools to analyse data, track performance, and report on outcomes.
