About the role
* Based at our Gosnells Quarry, WA

You will be responsible for supervising plant maintenance and safe‐management systems on site in accordance with national and Holcim procedures. This includes implementing comprehensive preventative maintenance plans and responding promptly to unplanned breakdown events. You will actively lead a small team in daily tasks, ensuring the plant is maintained to an appropriate level and that all compliance requirements are met. Your role will involve improving the overall performance of new and existing assets, so they meet production requirements at the lowest cost of ownership.
About you
* A self‐starter who is safety‐focused, decisive, and able to think on your feet
* An excellent communicator who can work well within a small team whilst leading by example
* Proven results in a similar role, preferably in quarrying/mining, construction materials or heavy industrial manufacturing
* Experience using SAP or a similar CMMS is essential
* A background in mechanical/electrical or supervisory quarry/mining operations with high commercial acumen across maintenance planning and implementation
* Ability to work overtime for shift coverage where required
